I can trust everyone at Paul Campanellas. I have been going there for years and will continue to be a loyal customer. They always do an excellent job and fit me in whenever is convenient for me. They are, hands down, the BEST!

Have been bringing cars here for over 15 years, for tires and minor to major service. Greg explains things well and I respect and trust his judgement.

We had to have the TT towed in with 2 flat tires. It was determined one was under warranty and therefore free. Even as a drop-in service was great!

Excellent service as usual. Staff is always courteous and the mechanics always seem to complete the work the same day. And THANKS to the mechanic for checking my A/C 1 more time and saving me half the costs in anticipated repairs. I only wish we found that problem a year ago with the 100 degree summer. Ugh! (LOL) But I'm very appreciative that he went the extra step just to be sure. I'm not sure all repair shops would do that, especially considering the age of my car. So, THANK YOU!

Needed to have the valve on my tire repaired, but the tire centers near me were booked solid. We live in CT and were driving down to Wilmington to see my in-laws over the holidays and I didn't want to chance making the 7 hr round trip with the problem. Found these guys on Google and while they were a little further away from where I was staying than other service centers, they had positive reviews. Called up and spoke to Paul, and he told me to just come in when I got down there. They were busy but took me right away, got the job done in less than 30 mins and I was on my way. I would have easily paid at least a half hour of labor at the dealer to get the work done -- Paul charged me just $10 and put it toward lunch for his employees. Worth the trip. In the short time I spent speaking to Paul, it was clear that this was not just a repair guy -- he is a businessman that cares about the community. If you are local, I highly recommend bringing your car to Paul for an overall positive experience.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Also, the service for my oil change and maintenance on my rear drum brakes was conducted in less than 24 hours, however, I was quoted three different times for getting brakes replaced on my front two wheels with each quote getting higher ($362, $408, $441). Don't know if this is because of them not knowing enough about my car without seeing it in person or if they were incompetent, but I decided against getting the brakes done there and went to another mechanic. Would go to again, but only for minor repairs.

Clean tire store. Friendly folks and prompt service. Fixed my tire in no time.

Just have to update to kvell a little bit more about how much I love these folks. I had a slow leak in my rear tire caused by a nail, so I was filling my tire once a week. It was annoying... but I also knew it was probably kinda dangeresque to be driving around like that. I called Campanella's and asked to make an appointment to have the tire plugged, and they said, "Just bring it in." So I did. And after a whopping ten minutes, it was done. Tadaaa! I went to the desk to pay, and the guy said, "You've been here before, right?" I said, "Yeah, a zillion times." He said, "The fix is free." And I said, "Huh? Really? Like, *free* free?" He said, "For repeat customers, little stuff like this is free. Yeah." Dude... that totally made my day. To recap: Annoying tire thing that had been bugging me for 2 months was fixed in ten minutes for FREE. Hell yes. Give them your business, folks!
