I recently brought my car to Paul Campanella’s Auto Center in Hockessin, and I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From beginning to end, the professionalism, communication, and genuine care shown by this team made a lasting impression on me.
I had recently taken my car to the dealership for an oil change, where I was told that my rear subframe was rusted and that I needed an axle seal replaced. Wanting a second opinion on the subframe, I decided to bring my car to Campanella’s to have the axle seal addressed and get their assessment of the situation.
From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and confident I was in good hands. My service advisor, Audrea, was fantastic, but I also want to recognize Jake and Tariq, who took the time to greet me and make me feel comfortable. It's refreshing to walk into a business where you immediately get the sense that everyone is working together and genuinely cares about the customer.
They also worked with my aftermarket warranty provider, CarShield, and I cannot say enough about the communication throughout the entire process. I was kept informed, my questions were addressed, and I always felt that my vehicle and my concerns were being taken seriously. That level of communication and attention to detail is something I truly appreciate and don't take for granted.
