On Saturday out of the blue , my check engine light came on and other dash lights started flashing. Slightly flustered, I immediately phoned Campanella's to ascertain whether it was safe to drive. Brad, who answered, stayed with me, asked detailed questions, listened, and calmed me down. He made room for me even though Saturday has shorter hours. He took the time to answer my questions , never once calling attention to my lack of car knowledge or belittling me. My car was assessed (faulty sensor), reset, and returned to me before the business day ended. I appreciate their sensitivity and timely response to my unexpected car issue.
