I wanted to get 4 news tires on my car and called a spoke with Doug. Doug was honest, professional and informative. They did the work in a timely manner and had me on my way. Thank you all so much. It’s never fun when your vehicles breakdown and car repairs are expensive! Could you maybe find somewhere cheaper, possibly but cheaper is not always better. I worked for a dealership for years and many of us come to expect that level of service and care that a dealership provides but when you’re out of warranty it is not cost prohibitive. Paul Campanella‘s still gives that level of concierge service outside of a dealership . They come pick me up they drop me off. As a single woman this is incredibly helpful. If they can’t find something wrong with my car they are forthright and honest and don’t make up issues that don’t exist . I feel very comfortable and appreciate their level of care from technicians to service writers to Paul himself, nice group.

I brought my Honda in on Friday at 4:45 PM as my right front passenger tire looked low on air. Brian greeted me and verified my assessment. Tom came and took my car back to inspect the situation. He found a piece of metal in the tire along with glass in the treads. Problem fixed and I happily went on my way. I received a voice mail from Bailey informing me that I had left my cane. They wanted to know how I would like to handle. Called the Center and found Brian still there. We made arrangements to meet so I could get my cane. Talk about customer service. Way above and beyond. However, I regret the rating I must give on the scale of 1 to 10 - it is 15! Thank you all so much. You are fantastic 😊 👍

After getting ripped off plenty of times by other mechanic shops I went to this one, they treated me so well, and have amazing attention to detail with their diagnostic. I highly recommend coming here if your vehicle is in need of repairs!

Brought my ‘19 F150 here for an oil change because my dealership never answered the phone. Called, spoke to Doug, and he was able to get me right in, and even turns out they were giving a special for healthcare workers. Service was great, they called to keep me in the loop and everything. Even left a little bottle of hand sanitizer in my truck for me. Great place, great service.
