Went here for a spare tire for my 2014 Kia... So not the most luxurious of cars... So not looking and fancy bells and whistles. Wasn't looking for any labor to put the wheel on, just didn't get one when I bought my car so I decided for the safety of me and my unborn baby (as I'm expecting) it would be a smart thing to do. And my husband agreed and went with me. And they had the nerve, the audacity, to charge $1000 for a single spare tire, no labor included, and only one month warranty. Knowing we were dissatisfied, tried to make it seem like we were crazy for not accepting their offer. Well, sorry I'm not stupid enough to be ripped off. Thanks but no thanks.
Amber, Thank you for the feedback on your recent price quote. We had quoted exactly what you requested: a new full-size Kia wheel (not a smaller spare), new tire to match, and the mounting and balancing of the tire to that wheel. After seeing the review, we reached out to your significant other to receive clarification of your dismay. We then went over the price breakdown again, which is not in your uploaded picture, of the brand-new Kia wheel you wanted ($722), the new tire you requested ($165, which does include the labor of mounting the tire to the wheel and balancing it), the tire tax ($5), and the tire protection warranty ($20 for 2 years of coverage). Additionally, as a money saving alternative to the prices quoted for the specific items you requested above, we searched and suggested three other options: a Grade A used wheel, a reconditioned wheel, and another new Kia wheel from a different supplier, none of which seemed to be to your satisfaction. This information was not included in your uploaded picture. If anything changes and you would like to revisit either of the pricing options, please let us know. Thank you again for your response to a quote of our services.
