Dropped my van off for a scheduled appointment at 8am. They were ready for me, and provided a shuttle ride to work right away at no charge. Received a call early afternoon with update on check engine problem. Was given a complete explanation about what was wrong and cost to fix. Was also given safety check review on vehicle. Authorized repairs and was called a couple hours later, told it was complete and offered shuttle pickup back to shop. At shop there was no line to check out. This shop cares about it's customers! Will recommend to friends and family.

On Saturday out of the blue , my check engine light came on and other dash lights started flashing. Slightly flustered, I immediately phoned Campanella's to ascertain whether it was safe to drive. Brad, who answered, stayed with me, asked detailed questions, listened, and calmed me down. He made room for me even though Saturday has shorter hours. He took the time to answer my questions , never once calling attention to my lack of car knowledge or belittling me. My car was assessed (faulty sensor), reset, and returned to me before the business day ended. I appreciate their sensitivity and timely response to my unexpected car issue.

The service was great! I was in from out of town and hoping to get a quick fix. Steve listened to my concerns and quickly checked my car out. When he found what he thought was the issue, he fixed it right away, but didn't stop there. Seeing as the issue was somewhat intermittent, he drove my car over night to ensure ample time for it to act up. Luckily, his quick fix did the trick and his subsequent driving proved that. In his check, he also identified a few maintenance items that needed to be addressed, and called to see if I wanted him to take care of them. They also replaced my windshield wipers, which I didn't request, but was planning to replace myself right after the repair. I brought my car in Thursday morning and it was ready on Friday. If I have any car issues while visiting my family again, will definitely return!

Even though it was late in the day, your people took care of us in what we thought was an emergency dead battery. Clearly something had caused a short to ground for the battery, but your folks found the battery to be okay and no explanation for the short. I am alert for a recurrence, and will know not to allow it to drain the battery if it occurs again. Surprisingly we were not charged for the time spent working on the car. Campanella's has been our place for service for many years and will continue to be.

We contacted Paul Campanella's after a very bad experience at another repair shop. Our initial contact with John immediately made us feel comfortable with the company. He was honest, very helpful and kind. We needed extensive work on our Toyota and everything was explained to us along with costs. In addition photographs were sent to our cell phone so we could see exactly what we were dealing with. The work was done well before they estimated and the car was returned to us in perfect condition and hasn't operated this well since we bought it!! The skill of the technician who worked on our car was outstanding. In addition, and just as important to us, we were treated like a member of their family which provided us with a high level of comfort. Along with the repair skills, the kindness shown to us means just as much and we hope to have a long relationship with Paul Campanella's. Our sincere thanks to all of you.
