Thanks again for Awesome Service Again I have received excellent customer service. Steve and the Tech that serviced my Volvo were very professional and willing to work with me even though I may have been in a hurry to get things done quickly so I could get back to work. Although Pc was kind enough to provide me with an awesome “loaner vehicle “ it still feels better to get your own vehicle back in working order. And that they did! Oh and by the way Paul has been providing awesome service to our family for at least twenty five years when he started by himself in a one car garage!

If you need an auto shop you can trust, come here. Prices are a bit higher BUT they honor the word "No". They also value customer service and go above and beyond. Today, I picked my car up near their closing time. While en route via Lyft, I realized I left my card at home. I knew if I asked the driver to go back, I would have been too late. I arrived at Paul's and informed them of my dilemma and asked if there were other ways to pay. There weren't any. I was near tears( anxiety of not having my car) but a service member offered to take me home. There I would be able to call in my payment. This meant someone needed to stay behind, after hours to receive my payment. I arrived at Paul's to retrieve my car and another member greeted me. Relayed some information and gave some advice. I am truly thankful for their dedication to awesome customer service. Super business!!!

After several trips to local shops and the local Benz dealer, Paul Campanella's Auto and Tire Center was the only shop that could diagnose the issue, fix it, and then CONFIRM it was the issue. Their business model is excellence from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone. They will bend over backwards to help you.

Paul Campanella and his crew have always been professional and treated me with respect. I have been relying on his service for all my vehicles for over two decades. He had also helped with my children's cars by providing a free inspection so that they could decide whether to fix the car or trade it for a better one. Paul and his crew have always gone the extra mile by checking all aspects of my car so that I can have confidence that my car will get me to my next destination, whether to the grocery store or across country. I know that I always get value for the money I spend with him. For a small problem, Paul often doesn't even charge me. I exclusively use Paul Campanella for my car's needs.

It’s never fun when your vehicles breakdown and car repairs are expensive! Could you maybe find somewhere cheaper, possibly but cheaper is not always better. I worked for a dealership for years and many of us come to expect that level of service and care that a dealership provides but when you’re out of warranty it is not cost prohibitive. Paul Campanella‘s still gives that level of concierge service outside of a dealership . They come pick me up they drop me off. As a single woman this is incredibly helpful. If they can’t find something wrong with my car they are forthright and honest and don’t make up issues that don’t exist . I feel very comfortable and appreciate their level of care from technicians to service writers to Paul himself, nice group.
